Every Submitted Studio piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed.


Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.


We encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

 


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem


Once reviewed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

 


Incorrect Size Ordered


Please review our Size Guide before completing your purchase.


Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations


Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.


If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 


Refund Processing


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.


Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
